I'll be heading off to Baylor in just under a week - exciting, huh? My first year of college starts next Monday, or rather, a week of band camp THEN school, but college nonetheless. I'm really excited, to be honest, but I've no clue how it's going to be without all the familiar faces I've grown accustomed to these past years, let alone how I'll do without my family. Psh, nah, I know I'll be fine, I've been looking forward to this for this whole past year, mainly the getting to know people part and especially the rooming part. One of my room mates is almost exactly like me in terms of interests and hobbies - computers, music, etc., but the other guy, neither of us can get a hold of him. Makes me wonder if he backed out - if he did, for whatever reason, I guess more space for us, but still, I was looking forward to meeting two new people, not just one. Hooray for college!
